  • Well, I done messed up

I sent my AOS packet to the wrong place. I guess I mis read the instructions and sent them to the Phx service center instead of the Chicago. That being said and done, I got the packet back with everything EXCEPT the I864. Thus I went to the downlaod seciton here and it was taken off?....do we not need this anymore for the AOS? Please let me know.

Yeah, you need it. Didn't you "save as" and save the file to your computer when you filled it out the first time. Anyway, at USCIS website, click on forms then go down the list and find it. It's still there. I just looked.

You will also need the I-864 for AOS, best to save it to your computer so you don't have to re-enter everything a third time.
My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
      Conditional GreenCard has been received.
