Hello MY name is Erika and My fiance had an interview in Haiti for his Visa erything was fined until they informed him abt his previous attempt for a visa in 1998 which says that he was married to this girl at the time. My baby had never been married except this loser that wrote in his paper that he was. Now they say they will investigate to see if he was married and they will contact him. I need to know how long does this administrative processing takes and what should I do in the meantime. I am very sad about this discovery, I asked him if he had made any **** marriage certificate or proof for them to find that he was married he said no their is no proof, so it has to be an error that this person did on his application.Please any help will be fined and thank you in advance.

It can take months and months for this be worked out. Sadly there isn't a time limit for this can of thing. You can always check by calling with the case number to how far along things are. Generally, they won't have anything to do tell you though. Good Luck.
