  • FILING ADDRESS for I-129F (K3 Visa) - QUITE CONFUSING!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    1. THIS IS QUITE CONFUSING!!!! Where should I ACTUALLY send the I-129F application with my I-130 receipt notice; a), b) or c) ?

    a) USCIS Form I-129F instruction says “File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility.” For Express mail and courier deliveries:
    USCIS
    Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business, Suite 400
    Lewisville, TX 75067

    b) But the USCIS website says, "Submit I-129F to the USCIS Service Center where the underlying Form I-130 petition is pending" (which is Chicago for me since I live in Colorado). This address is:
    USCIS
    ATTN: FBAS
    131 South Dearborn, 3rd Floor
    Chicago Illinois 60603-5517

    c) Another website says “Use the address listed on your most recent receipt I-130 notice”. This address on my I-797 NOA1 is:
    USCIS
    California Service Center
    24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2312
    Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

    2. One last question: Is it required to submit I-134 or I-864 affidavit support along with I-129F?

    ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

    Thank You very much.

Never mind... I finally found the answer myself by directly talking to USCIS personnel :-)

The petition has to be sent to TX office since this is a new submission.
Also, no need to submit any affidavit of support since I-129F instruction does not say so.
