Green Card in Hand... Now What??

Now that we finally have our green card, YEAH... What is the next step? I have read that you can apply to get the "conditional" part of the permanent residency removed in like two years, but does the government contact you for that, or are there files to fill out?

And I am sorry, I haven't actually received that card in the mail yet, so maybe they will tell me in the mail, I was just here answering other questions, so I thought I would ask.
