K1 Visa Question

I was hoping you could advice me on my options..

I met an American girl on Holiday and we spent 1 week together, we got on very well and neither of us want anything else but to be together. I am going over to visit her for 1 week in 3 weeks time to spend time together, we are both very excited.

I want to know wot options we then have after this week for me to go and be with her permanently. we will not be getting married in this week and I was wanting to leave my job here and go over for the full 90 days your allowed on a travel visa to live with her. and this will be the real test, obv if it doent work out then fir enough. but I want to know if after this 3 months what are the options.. Do we literally HAVE to get married after this time or are we allowed more time to equate and make sure its what we want. iv looked into the fiancé visa etc.. we might consider after that 3 months to do that. how long do we have to wait, where do we apply.. etc. its all very confusing, but before we get so attached I need to know its possible.

Any help at all you can provide will be very appreciated.

I would suggest you go over on a waiver visa if your country is on the list and get to know each other, but you must have a place of residence to return to. Don't leave your job that's crazy, just take some time off if you can. You need to get to know each other first , cause it could not work out. 1 week is not long enough to know someone. Take it slow and easy then if it works out and you fall in love then your US citizen can petition for you as a fiance, don't do anything rash there are too many sad stories on immigration sites as well as happy ones too.
