My interview was cancelled because i had to undergo additional medical tests. I have now tried to reschedule my interview but my MRV receipt is now invalid. Upon calling the call centre and sending multiple emails at US travel docs they are not reactivating this receipt number. I am more than willing to even pay the fee again so I can at least schedule my interview date but I am worried and don’t know what the right way to repay the visa fee is. The option for NEFT payment shows the same Receipt number/unique account number that is now invalid. Is this account number always the same for one applicant? Please advise i am beyond stressed
