Dear,Can you tell me which category I fit best? Let me say briefly.I have met a girl from USA on Internet.We have gone through chatting and found us perfect for each other.Now we intend to marry in US.She invited me. In fact,my girl friend suggested me this site too.She wants me to meet her in USA and marry then.In this circumstances,I need your proper suggestion.Please response me.Thank you.

You can't do it that way. You will need to meet with each other in person
first. That means, most likely, she would have to come to meet you first

neet well there are 2 reasons why an intending immagrant and fiancee would not be able to meet in person one would be religious reasons the other would be medical reasons but if im not mastaken booth would take a waiver and its kinda pricey in most cases a plane ticket would probable be cheeper andbest way to go dont think you really want to marry one youve never met maybewrong on that just my opion on the deal good luck

If I saw my fiance in 4-2009, & we stopped the visa process. If I file again before 4-2011, am I okay, or does it have to be approved by 4-2011?
