You correct (if you can) the problem that caused the denial and schedule a new interview. There's not enough information in your post to answer further.

The letter received should explain what if any additional information is needed.

Refusal under section 221(g) means that essential information is missing from an application or that an application requires additional administrative processing.

When your visa application is refused under section 221(g), you will be given a written letter notifying you of the visa refusal and will have 12 months from that date to submit the requested documents without having to reapply and without having to pay a new visa application fee. If you do not submit the requested documents within one year, your applicant may be terminated per section 203(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Follow Instructions: If the consular officer provided you with any instructions or requested additional documents during the interview, make sure to comply with those instructions promptly.
Patience: Administrative processing can take some time, so it's important to be patient and wait for updates. Keep in mind that each case is unique, and processing times can vary. tunnel rush

You must be aware of everything before appearing to an interview so you know what is causing this denial. It is good to get help from someone who already knows the complete the process.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation with the denial of your fiance visa and the delay in your case. It can be frustrating and worrisome when your case is stuck at the "Ready" status for an extended period of time. While I don't have personal experience with this specific issue, I can offer general advice. Firstly, it may be helpful to reach out to the appropriate immigration authorities or consulate to inquire about the status of your case and seek clarification on the reasons for the denial. They may be able to provide guidance on the next steps you can take. Additionally, it could be beneficial to consult with an immigration lawyer who specializes in visa cases. They can provide expert advice and assistance tailored to your specific situation. Remember to gather all relevant documentation and evidence to support your case. Patience is key during this process, but taking proactive steps and seeking professional guidance can help navigate the situation more effectively.
