WTH???? You have a new fiance wow you work quick. Sounds very suspicious to me that you are just wanting to get to USA

Your new fiance can file, but if whatever got you denied before still exists then it will keep you from being approved again. A different fiance won't erase everything that could have made you ineligible. And add to that the red flag of getting a new American fiance, well.....
