Hello; Glad I found you guys on line, I am getting ready to submit My !-129f application I have everthing complete But Not sure if I send any thing with the Application except Money order Cover Letter I-129k form 2 G-325 forms
Two Pictures TwonLetters of Intent Is this all I will need. And then wait for Packet. Do I need anything to be Notaried I would hate to be rejected on something I forgot to include in the application

Len any previous divorce decrees need to be notarised if this pertains to you. You need about 5-8 pictures dated and written where they were taken, the G-325 biographic pages needs to be signed in ink not a copy from you and fiancee. Proof of your citizenship trust me they asked my husband for it in the RFE so send it in now (birth cert) , any affadavits from people who know you saying they know of your relationship and impending marriage, signed and dated. Any travel stubs you may have from when she visited you or visa versa. If you have planned the wedding any invites or booking notices and such is good too. Proof of your employment so get a letterhead statement from your work and your yearly income . Just a letter to say where you work , full time or part time and yearly income.

I think that's about it , hope this helps as You don't want an RFE as we got one so give them as much now so you wont have any hold ups. ok.

When you send this all in you will receive a notice to say they have received it NOA1 and then you wait. Then you will get NOA 2 approval, forwarding on to NVC for a case number then on to fiancee's country embassy/ consulate.

Photos together are secondary evidence so aren't enough without the previous documentation to prove meeting in person.

No letters from friends needed. Nothing has to be notarized.

Thanks Ladys for all the advice I dont have any problem to incude prove of employment I am not self employed or anything I have had the same job at the same company for ten years I will need a letter later so I can just put one in there just for extra, I still am confused about the G-325 or G-325A
I have the G-325 already filled out and signed Are they the same form?

I beg to differ there Nichole as our RFE was they wanted proof he was a US citizen and proof of his employment, plus 2 affadavits so I was only suggesting that so he would not get an RFE like we did oh and they also wanted photographs signed and dated. And I had to take his employment record again to my interview.

Never in several years and hundreds of successful I-129F stories have I heard of employment letters or affidavits as a "must do" for the initial petition. And the prominant visa websites don't list those in their guides. Thats all I can base my answers on. Is it possible a lawyer told you that or did you get that word for word from the USCIS in writing?

And yes proof of US citizenship is a must (birth certificate or US passport or naturalization papers). I also agree with some photos (names, place, date on back) as evidence of meeting in person.

Ahhh USCIS sent us that Nichole they wanted the affadavits and emloyment letter. Now we are not sure either if it was because we are an interratial couple or not but that's what our RFE was about.
