Sent off AOS
Been married 5 weeks now and finally got all my paperwork done for AOS and sent off today.
Now we wait lol again mmmmmm

We are in the same waiting boat!
My husband recently filed his paperwork for the AOS. We received the acknowledgment letters and he just received his biometrics appointment for the beginning of November. Hopefully, the process will be fast this time around!

Yes, no holding breath. Breathe deeply. Lots of cleansing breaths.
We were told that the card, post 1st AOS interview, would be in our hands in 2 weeks after the AO got the "original File". Whatever that meant. He did say that my wife was approved for GC.
Now, 10 weeks later, we are still waiting for the card by mail. Just last week we got a Formal notice of approval with a note asking us to expect the card in 3 weeks.
Wheels do seem to turn slowly. For once, I have not lost my cool and/or bp. After all my wife is here with me in the US and our life goes on regardless.Comment

Hey guys got an email and text yesterday 26th from USCIS they have received my AOS and sending receipt yay!!!!! only took 1 week am quite impressed lets hope no RFE's lolComment
