My spouse is a US citizen.I have applied for K-3 in may-2010 hoping that i will get visa by december. However it seems unlikely that I will get visa on that time. I have to go to USA for training in January 2011. I have all documents needed for B1/B2. I have applied for B1/B2. What are my chances of getting visa? Are there any precautions that I should take in interview?
