Required evidence of meeting a fiance within 2 years

Hello,

I thought that through Form I129F...they just want to make sure that you met your fiance in the last 2 years in person and if you prove that without doubt then there should be no reason to deny your application (at least you satisfy the prerequisite saying you have to show evidence meeting in person your fiance within 2 years). For example, if you submit pictures of the engagement party and the itineraries of flights to and from the US...then that should be good enough. Any Opinions?

Yes there are other requirements, but for that requirement, show what you can to verify it. When I went I had some pictures of both of us together. Along with what you mentioned, I through some receipts on my copier, of hotels, & of things that I bought while there. You also have to show proof of your romantic relationship, for that emails, chats, copies of phone bills etc. work well.

No body requested a proof of a romantic relationship on I129F application. They only requested a proof that you met in the last 2 yrs and any evidence to establish the mutual intent. So pics from the engagement could clearly meet both requirements ( the intent and meeting each other). I don't see USCIS requesting a phone bill to prove a relationship. It is far more stronger to prove that with engagement party pics. I think you agree... Good luck to you too.

Yeah, I petioned my finance once before and it was approved; but we ended up taking a break in the relationship. I was just saying if you have some extra stuff, the stronger you can make your point the better without over doing it.
To my knowledge proof of romantic relationship is important, but it sounds like your doing that. I'm just saying you're petioning, be thorough, & complete in your submissions.
