How much time once Approved?

I received the email notice of approval!!! We are so excited!

"Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On November 1, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. "

What are the next steps? What should we expect now? I know we will get a letter in the mail, but what would this normally say?

We waited for approval for 4 months and it was in Initial review for 4 months. We are so excited it has been Approved! How much more time should we expect until he can come to the US?

Be patient you have more time to wait yet, I know it is very exciting but now your approval gets sent to NVC and processed there to get a case number then forwarded on to Beneficiaries consulate. A letter will be sent to you or beneficiaries email for packet 3 of what to send in to consulate. Can be another month or so yet. But be happy you are approved its all good. If your fiance can look on their US consulate/embassy web site and see what is needed for K1 visa then they can start to get papers together now. Save a lot of time, police report medical and so on.
