  • Visa Interview

My fiancee is from the Philippines and we just got approval from USCIS and it is now being forwarded to NVC.

I am currently in the Philippines on work and I get to see him everyday. I will be here for another month, maybe even more. If I am here once is interview comes up, would it be ok to go with him?

What more proof could you have then being at the interview together? I'm not sure if it would be good to go or not. What do you think?

I might extend my stay until he is approved and has the visa in his hands to fly back with me. I might even go home for Christmas then come back again. I go to the Philippines often for work, that's how we meet.

Any details would help! Thanks. Check my previous post "How much time once Approved"

    Thanks Again!

The US citizen is allowed to attend the interview in Manila. I hear it helps alot there. Also most take photo albums of pics together. Not true of all consulates, but seems to be expected in Manilla---proofs I mean.

(London for example asks for no proofs of relationship and it's a waste of time to prepare any.)
