I need help:
There is option in the I 765, First option I am applying for It has three option
1.Permission to accept emplyoment
2.Replacement if lost
3.Renwel of my permission to accept employment( attach previous document)
My question is that I am on F1 Visa and I am working on OPT. I got married to US citizen now I am filing for my GC. I got EAD through OPT that CO3b catagory(OPT) and now If I am applying for EAD on the C9 catagory after marraige. Which option I have to choose (1 or 3). I am confused.
