Fiancé is L1-B and we need help with marriage green card and EAD

My fiancé came here from India on an L1-B visa for one of the huge tech companies we all know. Unfortunately with all these tech companies doing major lay offs, he is one of them. I'm a US born citizen and we've been engaged for a couple months now and plan on getting married but we don't know the proper way to go about getting married, applying for marriage green card and I believe an EAD and fastest way to get an EAD (I read it takes 5-8 months usually to receive EAD) after getting married so he can find a new job here in Seattle. We're looking for help and guidance.

My husband and I relied on Visa journey for our K1 process and it was super helpful. I also joined a couple of social networking site groups as many people on them are in all stages of it including some lawyers and people who have completed it.
