Hi! Im here again and looking for a new advice to all our expert here. 
My Fiance and I are planning to get married here in my country (Philippines) this coming January 2011. Im just curious if he can file for "Affidavit in Lieu of a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage." in the US? We dont have enough time to file here coz everytime we check the schedule for appointment here in Manila embassy, they only have schedule for the present month. They dont have early appointment. My Fiance is only allowed to take a vacation for 1 week and we're now really confused and dont know what to do. Please help us! Thank you again and God bless everyone!
