K1/K2 Visa Process

Hey all, I've got a couple of questions:

Are there any generally accepted online resources aside for government websites that are used in the community here? Such as websites that guide you through the process? I dont mind pay a fee for these services.

Can the K1 and K2 visas be processed at the same time? For example... would we have to wait an estimate 7 months to get an approved K1 visa and then wait another estimated Tweakbox https://vlc.onl/ 6 months to get a K2 visa?

Is roughly 13 months enough time to set aside for the entire process?

They are processed at the same time, as part of the same case. K2 is for the dependent of the person on K1.
