I have already applied for the I-130 for my husband but heard that applying for the K3 can help make the approval process faster. The K3 is free to file for US Citizens so I have nothing else to worry about except for the fact that I don't know if applying for the K3 will make my process more slowly than it would be. I'm okay if my K3 gets approved or not but I don't want my K3 to slow down my I-130 process.
