Can fiancé marry on tourist visa?

Is it possible for my fiance, who is currently in the US on a tourist visa, and I to get married while she is on the tourist visa? Additionally, can we file for an adjustment of status even though we have already applied for a K1 visa?

yes and yes, provided she entered without intent to adjust status.
