I got my I-797,,,,,now how long do I have to wait?

I got my NOA(I-797) and am now waiting for the paperwork of my fiancee to be sent to the A. Consulate in Ciudad de Juarez. About how long to I have to wait.....

My first query was 212(A)(4), that was because my W2 has less than what is in LCA.
So i have replied it with my bank statement, current pay checks and a cover letter stating how i can support her and mailed all the papers.
