Want a meeting to discuss why Fiance Visa was denied

I would like to find out whether I can be allowed to walk in and meet one of the representatives of the USCIS without an appointment. Because I wanted to ask about the information on the Visa for my fiancee which was just denied by the
Consular Office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in early this month. The case number of my fiancee is PHP2010512006; and the name of my fiancee is Bopha Liv.
