Hey I have had a long list of issues pop up during the process and have decided to just do it myself this time around with the help of this site.

Anyway on the address section should I just include my residence in the states or should I also add the time spent at my apartment with my wife in BG,even though it's just 3 months there at a time.

Re you talking about residence in the last 5 years? If you only visited your wife then no only places where you have had permanent residence
