Hi folk,
Currently, I am working & holding a H1B visa until 09/2011. I already got married on Nov, 2009. Now I am filling paperword to to get green card.
As I know, I need to fill out these forms
1. Petition for Alien Relative (USCIS Form I-130)
2. Application to Register Permanent Residence (USCIS Form I-485)
3. Biographic Information (USCIS Form G-325A)
4. Affidavit of Support (USCIS Form I-864)
5. Medical Examination Results (USCIS Form I-693)
* Should I have to submit the form "Permission for Work Authorization (Optional) (USCIS Form I-765)"
* On the Part 2 of Form I-485, which option I have to choose
b. My spose & parent applied for adjustment of status or granted lawful
c. I entered as a K-1 fiance' of a U.S citizen whom married within 90days of entry.
* Please advise another forms & documents and process that I should prepare.
