Hello good evening everyone!
I’m been a long time lurker but first time poster and would like to thank everyone for their input here and there but I have some questions I can’t seem to find regarding the fiancé visa.
We are about to apply for a fiancé visa for my partner, I understand that the application can take up to 3 months or more, but what date of entry should I put on the application? We want things to happen as quickly as possible! Can I put an entry date of 1 month from the date of application?
Also, after a successful application how long will my finance have to enter the uk? 30 days?
There will be some logistics involved with flights etc and would have to plan this plus requiring advanced notice for my work.
