The expiration of I-129f petition is on February 21, 2011, my question is, can we extend our petition? How? Our reason why we extend is, we are waiting for the 2010 tax return of my fiance, we are going to use the 2010 rather than 2009 please help me, should we call at the embassy, email or what? Thank you!

Did your Petition get approved already? If so, all you have to do is write a letter to the Embassy explaining that you still intend to marry and mail out your documents as soon as possible. I had to do this and there were no issues. My Petition expired November 6, 2010 and I sent a letter around November 2, 2010 stating the reason for the delay and that I still intended to marry my fiance. Luckily I was in his Country visiting him at the time so I was able to have him also sign the letter and attach a copy of my itinerary.
If you're Petition has not already been approved then disregard this response.
