Address change on USCIS website

I noticed on the uscis website that the address of where to send the petition I-129f for fiance visa and petiton for alien relative has changed. They used to be seperate addresses depending on what state you lived in.
My previous address to send the petition was the California Service Center, because I live in Minnesota.
The address for all petitions is now:
USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For express mail:
USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway
121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

Can anyone please clarify this for me? I don't know if I should put the California Service center address on the cover letter, letter of intent etc. Did I read that correctly? The address can be found in the instructions for the I-129f petition for alien fiance.

Yes all petitions are to be sent to Dallas now and will be forwarded on to the specific service center from there. This has been changed to help with the production line of all applications so all 129f go to Dallas and then will be sent from there to applicable center.

AOS does go to Chicago if you noticed the question was about 129F petition not AOS. You are fine

Address for Cover Letter, Letters of Intent

The address on your cover letter and letters of intent to marry should be to the National Visa Center, where all immigrant petitions are sent to be processed once approved through USCIS Texas.

Unfortunately I only discovered this today. We have just sent our petition and I had the address for local USCIS office (Washington Service Centre, Fairfax, Virginia) for us) on the cover letter and letters of intent as it suggested on another website ... but I found the correct information right here .. eek I hope it doesn’t affect our petition. Does anyone know? Just have to hope and pray it doesn’t... 

Relax

An address on a cover letter and a letter of intent are of no significance. Cover letters are nice but in reality probably discarded by the contractor who opens the mail. The USCIS adjudicator may never even see your cover letter because your submission is put in a file and the pretty binders and separators are thrown out.

The letter of intent could be a statement without a letter format at all. Nobody is grading your submission as to the correctness of your business letter formating skills.
