Hello,
I’m working on petitioning for the I-129F aka K1 Visa as a US fancée for my UK fiancé to come here with the intent to marry, then to file for residency after we are wedded. I’m a bit stuck on the “proof of marriage within 90 days of being in the US”. I’m not quite sure how to actually provide proof as we have no clue when he’ll be approved to come over here and for us to get married? Like how can we have a date set without knowing if he’ll be approved or not. I may just be reading into it too much? I can’t really provide proof with records of talking to vendors, catering, etc. because we’re doing it all ourselves on our century farm. We wanted to have the wedding in the fall but since we have no clue when he’ll be approved we can’t really buy decor because the colors would be different depending on the seasons.
