Fiance K-1 & K-3 Visa

Good Morning Sir or Madam,

I am petitioning for a Fiance Visa from Baltimore, MD and have two questions:

*Do I pay for the Biometric Fee?

*Do I send the entire amount due with the I-129F form and the Biometric fee when I send the original paper work?
