Apply F3 visa at the third country: need some advice.
Hi,
My sutiation is I am Thai and my husband is American, we signed married certification in Thailand and now I follow him to live in South Korea. However, we want to go back to America next year ( or as soon as possible). I have searched some information that we can apply the spouse visa in the third country in case that we sign the married certificate in that country. So I think if we get the korean married certificate, so I can apply the F3 visa at Seoul US embassy... Anyone have any advice or experience like this? I do need the advice asap.
