Hi
i came to visit my boyfried as he is working here...
i came with a tourist visa and made the mistake of overtaying....2 months now.
We got engaged last month and were planning to go back to Spain, get married and then come back as a dependant....
We asked in the embassy and they told us they wont let me in the country again if i leave and if i try to ill be inmediately deported.
We have two options so far...leave in july, but he will loose his great job...wich we dont want. OR i can saty for another year illegally.....
DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT CANN HAPPEN OR IF THERES ANY OPTION SO I CAN LEAVE AND COME BACK SO WE CAN GET MARRIED????
