If you are a USC then you can apply for CR1 spousal visa Look it up on USCIS, but you are also under age so I can't see this working for you

You have to be 21 to bring your husband to the USA.

You do not have to be 21 but you do have to be of legal age in your state, which is 18 in most of all states. I know you don't have to be 21 because I am 20 and I already petitioned my fiance and he has already been approved. He will be in the US in one week and I won't be 21 until April.
