visa for my husband?cousins?is that a problem?

we r blood cousin, pls dont say ew cuz we r muslims, nd that is allowed in our religion, so if i apply for him to come to new york will we have problems getting a visa??

also i was thinking of visiting him when i turn 18 so i can get alot of proof, like plane tickets,and pictures, and also go get an official marriage certificate? is that a good idea? will it make the process a little easier?

any other suggestions for proof that i can bring?

First of all are you applying for a fiance visa as you are in this forum but your title says husband. If it is fiance visa you can't apply till you are 18 anyways. You are not legal age, if you are 1st cousins am pretty sure USA does not approve . If you are twice removed yes but 1st I think there would be a problem.
You are in NY yes? and you want to marry him in his country? You can do that when you are 18 but then you have to come back to USA and file CR1 spousal visa. and wait for approval roughly same time as fiance petition.
