Hi I know this questions have been asked before but what are the time line for a I-130? Also what if i'm only working part time becasue i go to school part time can i use a family member for the finacial support? please let me know thank you very much

There is no time line for any of the applications right now. Some offices are moving faster or slower than others. It is all a waiting game. How long ago did yu aply for 130? They are taking the same or close to K1 visa and that can be anywhere from 6 -9 months. If you can't make the poverty guidelines for 2 people then yes you will need a co sponsor.
