I applied for a fiance visa in January 2010. My then fiance had his interview in September 2010 at the US Embassy in Islamabad. At the interview they took his passport and gave him a token. We got married on January 7th, 2011. When I went to the Embassy they told us that we had to file a new petition, the I-130 but they kept his passport.
1-Since I am in Pakistan and will remain in Pakistan for an undetermined amount of time, can I apply through the US Embassy?
2-What forms should I send along with the I-130 petition? Is it possible to send the I-130, the G-325, Affidavit of Support, and Adjustment of Status all together?
