My name is Elliot, from Nigeria but lives in Greece. My girlfriend is about filling for alien fiance petition for me to come to the state to get married. My fear is that i don not know i will be issued the visa in Greece since i don't have resident permit here.
I will appreciate any help before we make the next decision.

If you were working in Greece and had permanent residence there then you would have a k1 interview in Greece but as you don't you will have to go back to your home country. A little more explanation would help as well. How do you stay in Greece with out permanent residency or are you there purely on a tourist or work visa?

You will need to write that you are a asylum seeker in Greece, I am preety sure there is a part on the form about this and you can give full explanation of it.
