I just spent 2 weeks with my fiance whom I just reunited with after 25 years....long story....We got separated and time ran out before we could be married when I was stationed in Philippines.....Thanks to Fbook we found each other....enough said...

.What proof do they require that I was just actually there and intend to marry???? emails pictures??? What do I include in my application in regards to this??

If you are the petitioner then for the 129f all you need to prove is that you have met in the last 2 years. All other evidence is needed for beneficiaries interview. You can send a few pics if you want but these are secondary evidence. Letter of intent to marry within the 90 days of his arrival signed one from both of you. Arrival stubs from the plane boarding passes to prove that you met. If you want to send pics now just a few and date and name where they were taken on the back. Emails and more pics and so on will be needed later.
Remember to make copies of all your information and papers.

Yeah just get her to send you a letter and sign it. Just how you met and how long you have known each other and that she and you will marry within the 90 days of her arrival in the US. Just a straight forward letter and not too complicated.

Hi I'm going through this process as well, and after reading your questions...and Barbaras reply to your questions...it really helps me too..my name is Rasela, I'm new to this forum, and have posted similar questions relating to the same issue...so Barbara...when I went to Ethiopia, I was only there for 4 days, due to work and school, but we took a few pictures, maybe 5 total, I have all my travel itinerary, hotel reciepts, and etc. to show I was there, but as far as the photos, would 2-3 be ok for now? I am going back to visit hime this August 2011, and I will be staying for 2 wks, should I mention that In my letter of intent, or no? I plan to submit my petition before I go back in august, so any advice? thanks so much!! I love this site!!

Yes darl 2-3 pics is fine with the 129f petition you only have to prove that you have met in person within the last 2 years. Your itineraries are not full proof as anyone can have them and not use them but your ticket stubs , hotel receipts and so on will do. Phone calls or net chats too if you have them will be needed for later as well. But you both need the letter of intent signed by each of you along with the G-325. He has to sign one as well and send it to you. Make sure you date and write on back of photos where they were taken as well ok. When you go in August take lots of pics as these will be needed at interview just in case . Don't mention your visit they really don't care for now and you are allowed to visit him lol USCIS just want the basics and truthful people. They have so much paperwork I can imagine some of their days lol so Keep it straight forward and precise. I only sent 5 photos in and it was fine. I have heard ppl sending in over 200 lol

The letters of intent don't tell your story. They only say you are free to marry [name of fiance] and intend to do so within 90 days of his/her entry into the US. The beneficiary in the foreign country would of course say "within 90 days of my entry into the country."

The U.S. citizen files a Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (form I-129F) with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly known as the INS) office that serves the area where he or she lives.
After USCIS approves the petition, USCIS notifies the U.S. embassy or consulate in the country where the fiancé(e) lives.
The fiancé(e) applies for a K-1 visa at the U.S. embassy or consulate in the country where he or she lives.
The fiancé(e) enters the United States with K-1 visa status and has 90 days to marry the U.S. citizen.
Following marriage, the K-1 visa holder changes status by applying for legal permanent residency (a "green card").
