  • Help with US K-1 visa in Canada

My fiance' is a Canadian citizen and he's trying to figure out what he needs to submit to the consulate for his K-1 visa application, we had our 129-f petition approved, received a case number from NVC, and he's gotten a packet from the US consulate in Montreal.... but there are no clear instructions to tell him what he needs to send in NOW... (ie forms 230 I & II, I56 & 156K, 160 online form) can anyone help who's been through this process in Canada??
I'm worried about the petition expiring before he can get to his interview.

You need to look up the Canadian forum on here or got to US consulate site in Montreal and download all the instructions on what docs are needed for interview. Packet 3 should have listed what he needs to fill in as your papers are similar to Aus. 230 part 1 and 2 156. 156k and so on. Go to the exact consulate site and all the info should be there for you
