Alien Registration Number

When completing the application and required Docs for the adjustment of status it is asking for the Alien Registration number, would my husband have one?

As of right now he has the I-94 and the visa for K1. Can anyone tell me if it is on there or if he will not have one until he receives a green card.

His Alien number is the one in REd starting with an A on his visa
