Hello Everyone,

I have more questions and appreciate all the help.

My husband will fill out I-131 for travel with the process of adjustment of status. How does that work?

It asks for a specific date of travel, he doesn't have to travel on any certain date, we just wanted him to apply for it as a back up and just in case of an emergency. What should he put there?

When reviewing the document alot of the requirements are for Permanent Resident Card Holders but he is barely int he process of adjustment of status, so how will he fill this out?

Al you have to do it write unknown. I did not have a date either but just sent it as a back up like you. I wrote a little note explaining why I wanted it and never had a problem. If he does not have a ssn yet don't worry you just put N/A in those sections that don't apply to you. And you send this form off with AOS and also EAD work authority .
