Fiance Visa/Travel Outside of US once Married

Hi,

I'm not sure if you provide personal advice but if so, here is our situation.

We want to apply for a Fiance K1 Visa.

Once received, I intend to travel to the US from Australia and marry my fiance.

I intend to be in the US at this time for a period of 3 weeks.

I then intend to travel back to Australia and finalise personal arrangements.

I then intend to come back to the US and reside here with my husband.

What is the process? What documentation do we need to file?

You can't be in the U.S. just for that short time so that you can come back.

Once you get married, you will have to apply for green card and along with that, there is advance parole. Once you have that, you can go back and come back.
