Fiance needs work visa

Dear Sir,

I am a US citizen, born and raised. At age 18, I moved to Israel and met my finance, an Israeli citizen. I'm now 24 and he is 29. We are engaged to be married, and would like to move to the US together to work. We plan to move back to Israel after 2 years.


How can my finance obtain a work visa?
