HI--I am new to this forum, and I am sure,as many others here,I am confused by the USCIS and their instructions. Can anybody tell me if I have to have my fiance ( beneficiary ) send to me her completed, signed G-325 A,with passport photo, letter of intention, etc., to me in the U.S.,so I can send it to the USCIS with my own G-325A?? She is in the Philippines. I also read a Dept.of Homeland Security memo which said that HER photos and signature could be done at the Manila embassy, and that because the I-129 F must be signed by her--the G-325A can be done at the same time. The memo ( from 2005 ) also said that no signature on her G-325 A was not a reason to reject the petition. I am so appreciative in advance--thanks for reading too
