AOS, I-765 and affidavit of support for k1 visa

good day everyone!

i would like to share my case, any help will do. thanks in advance

i entered as k1-visa (fiance) last 2/22/11. after a month, we got married (3/20/11). we already have our marriage cert. and ready for the next step. (sigh)

i would like to address a few concerns, first do i have to provide POLICE CLEARANCE for AOS??

2nd, my wife is currently unemployed due to pregnancy and were planning to have a co-sponsorship.. what forms do we need for affidavit of support for my wife as the PRINCIPAL sponsor and my AUNT as secondary//JOInt sponsor??

lastly, is it true that there is no fee for I-765 (EAD) when they are filed together??

No police clearance is provided by you for AOS.

Wife fills out I-864 Affidavit of support as primary sponsor.
Aunt also fills out I-864 as joint sponsor and in addition to her proofs of income, must show she legally resides in the US. Photocopy of US passport or birth certificate, naturalization certificate or greencard will cover that.

EAD application is free if sent with the AOS.
