Help with I-134

Ok heres my Question

When filling out the I-134 line 3 do I also put her down as my spouse we are not married yet ? or just put her sons name below

Also line 11 should i just type in k1- visa and not check either box

Thanks they seem lke gray areas to me I just dont want to have to redo it

No in line 3 you put her name and marital status is single and she is your fiancee.
You don't have a spouse yet so just her son.
11' You tick intend and then N/A K1 visa intended for permanent residency.

thanks That is just how i would do it to but I just wanted to make sure sometime the easy mistakes you make can be a nightmare

I am just waiting now for NVC I am getting new emails and gettting the proof I will need for my I-134 ready to send
