My fiancee had her K1 visa interview last Friday (May 13, 2011). VO told her "your visa is approved...you will receive your passport in 7 days". It has been a week now and she has not received the passport back...I checked the VFS website passport tracking and it says "your passport is under process at US embassy". Has anyone faced this situation before in Delhi? Is it normal for passport to be delayed after approval? What if anything should we do?
