1 Can I use the forms online or should I wait for the ones that come in the packate I am told that they have a barcode
    2. When I feel out personal Property I have two vehicles I owe on both of them should I put there value and what I owe on them? should I list my 401k vested value
    3. I also was wondering do I have to feel out a seprate i-134 for her son who is 5.5 years old or just list him on the same i-134
    4. I will also send her a new letter of intent and proof of relationship and will make a cover letter for my i-134 orignal birthcertificate and orignal G-325
she already has a complete copy of the I-129 that was approved with no RFE
But I am not sure about sending my passport she has a complete copy of that already that was included in my I-129

    Thanks everyone for any help

Don't send your passport they don't need that just copy it. Not sure on your other questions like the 5 yr old I would say on yours. All you have to send is the 134 she takes care of the rest and gets all her documents together. The forms from packet 3 have a bar code yes and she can download and fill them in

      1. Many consulates no longer mail out paper forms. She should download, fill out and print. The forms can't be saved so you can't do them and email to her. Form DS-156 looks like an online form (not a pdf file). When it's filled in and you click "submit" it generates a barcode containing all the data that was filled in on the form. Then you print it. It doesn't "submit" to the consulate electronically. It only submits the data to the software to generate the barcode before printing.

      2. Personal property just wants a number. On the cars, if you include them, put the asset value, meaning how much cash would you end up with if you sold them. 401K isn't personal property. That would fall under savings deposits or stocks/bonds. Attach the latest 401K statement as proof. Break out your savings on a separate sheet and put the total on the form
Certificate of deposit at Bank of America - $10,244
Cash savings at CitiBank - $4,255
      401K account - $32,777
      TOTAL SAVINGS $XX,ZZZ

      3. See number 3 on the form I-134. There is a place for child accompanying beneficiary.

      4. Don't send your passport. No clue if GUZ requires those other documents. London did not, but each consulate varies and GUZ could be very strict with things they want to see. Have you read their specific instructions? Google "US Embassy Guangzhou" and search for K visa instructions. It will be found under: Visas > Immigrant Visas > General Information > Forms and Packets. I can't post a link because this website will delete it or change it. If this message says it's edited, then it wasn't me. They edit things we post as if we said them.
