  • Need help with I-729f form

I pretty much completed the form, but my concern is Part B. (Information about your alien fiance)

he filled out the boxes that pertained to him in blue ink and it is legible, but question 16. he worte in his native ethiopian alphabet, will our application be denied if I submit his written Part B. and attach it to my typed one? I'm using the fillable form online and typing in my info and his is written in, so will we be denied because of this? or should I just type in all the info myself and attach the form where he wrote in his name and address in his native alphabet?

Also, for questions that we answer NO, should I type in N/A in the box? for example question 19.

Question 13. List all children of your alien fiance - would I type in NONE in just one box? or N/A?

Lastly, question 18. Describe the circumstances under which you met. in the box, should I type please see attached since there's not enough space? does it have to be real lenghty? we met online through a dating website and are so blessed to have met each other, do they (USCIS) frown upon people meeting online through dating websites?

I appreciate ny advice and help with my issues I've listed, thanks!!

If you are the petitioner you fill in 129f and everything must be in English.
    Q13 yes put N/A
Q18, if not enough room attach paper describing how you met and where as in name of site and no many people meet on line it is not frowned upon as we did the same. What is frowned upon is high fraud countries and USCIS can be very definite about this. Don't make it too lengthy ok and add pics of when you met in person dating and writing place on back of photos where they were taken. Don't forget letter of intent from both of you to marry upon arrival in USA within 90 days signed by both of you. G-325 signed by both of you.
    Q19 has to be NO

All you need is letter of intent from both of you and yes put your address at top right corner of letter and sign and date at bottom.
You don't need letters from family for 129f petition at all.
