Just a simple Question When can my new wife return to her country after we are married? Is it After AOS or?

After marriage you file for AOS. You can file for the Employment Authorization Document and Advance Parole (form I-131) at the same time for no extra fee.

The EAD and AP normally arrive in about 60-90 days after filing. With the AP, she can be admitted back into the US after going abroad. Once the greencard arrives she no longer needs the EAD or AP to work or travel. The thing to consider is if you are called for an interview for the AOS, she needs to be in the US and not miss the appointment.
